Silent Voices

Life support system was beeping continuously with every heartbeat. She was long asleep and the hallway was dead silent. She was comfortably numb with the pain she was going through. Her life was in a turmoil and emotional torment was breaking her from inside. The only thing that was keeping her alive, was the light she was carrying in her heart  A ray of light, not even a ray, just a flicker but it was enough to keep her warm. There was not much reason for anxiety as such but he was 'steady' according the doctors. She embraced herself and prayed to god 'If god want to tread her life for his she was ready to do that.' She longed for his love and affection. The way he used to keep his warm cheek against hers', the way he used to cry with her in her bad times and the heart melting smile he gave, every time she use to sing for him. Everything was clear now, she could hear her own voice, the sweet carefree voice singing in a low tone, and the inaudible snore of a baby

Uprising of Downfall

Just, as light and darkness do not coexist but, they are meaningless without each other her downfall was awaiting in the darkness waiting to triumph over her success. She had an aura of confidence and her soul was radiating the power of being invincible. She fell right into the abyss and went in deeper and deeper without even realising, that how much one tries it is impossible to reach the end. The dreams vaporised  into fears and the deeper she went the narrower it become. Finally the walls started closing in, and claustrophobia soon engulfed the confidence and power she was thriving upon. She felt as if, she was living death. The hallucinations were just blurred images of her good time, when everything was pleasant and she was still a carefree soul.

Blissful Loneliness

Nowadays people are so insecure about themselves. I often think if this is due to the compulsion form outside world or an inner sense of loneliness? Maybe I haven't figured out the answer yet, but there are certain realisations that often keeps bothering me in my sleep. Anne Frank once quoted --- " Deep down the young are lonelier than the old." Maybe the loneliness is an important reason behind this insecurity which often leads to deadly consequences. Some people, how hard they try never get use to the world. They have their own flow of life, way of thinking and their prespective is a lot different. They become alienated and eventually,  thrown out of the common flow of society, and by the time they engulf this hard truth, it never goes down the throat. That's how life is, full of ignorance towards the ones who cannot, walk with the flow and often struggle in keeping up. They enclose themselves in a tight shell, never even realising that 'if there is life the

Immortality

The trip was nice and pleasant but no one knew that, their drive back home would be a nightmare . This was certainly beyond her anticipation. Ill omens are difficult to ignore and even more  difficult to accept, but she had a notion somehow maybe in a daydream or a nightmare, that this was coming. Tom was singing a pleasant tone, and Lisa's inaudible snore enriched the atmosphere and made it more peaceful, when all of a sudden the truck came crashing in. In a moment she saw Tom's head being snapped off his body and also felt a sharp pain down her groin as if someone has fired a bullet down there. Lisa kept crying but slowly her cries turned to slow hums followed by only her breathing and after a minute or two it stopped altogether.  Emotions came rushing in and she found herself gasping for breath. Her heart ached with pain as her soul was bleeding emotions. This pain was much more than her pain of the iron frame of the car into her groin. "Where will I go after this?&

Eternal Promises

Do we ever realise that nothing is for forever? Do we realised that everything has an end and a beginning? Then why do we chant, promises of eternity day and night like prayers with absolute faith and divinity? Maybe we don't realise, that the world was created once and will be destroyed someday. Maybe the rage and violence of the mankind be the root of its destruction, or some external god gifted force but, amidst the hums of eternal promises we let our fate to do all the magic. Not, even realising that, magic lies in us. The magic of loving and being loved. Our soul is often lost in turmoil with thunder raging inside. The beating of the storm overshadows and often destroys the angel inside us. It is like a gypsy meandering in the depths of our heart through the darkness waiting for the light that never comes. While drawing the ending line we can always say, "Eternal bonds are just a myth, and heartbreaks are reality. "

Heartquake

Does it really matter how everything ends? For some it does, and for some it doesn’t. But, those people who rush in and tear the strings of our life, never give a backward glance, to see how we are and how we ought to be. They walk on the smooth path never being aware how it feels to walk barefoot on a bumpy road. For them life is like a highway without turns. With each and every step they take, the memories fade into distance and eventually after a point of time they are merely grave stones lying in their valley of flowers. For us things are pretty different, we like to live in a false illusion where everything is alright without even thinking of the reality. We let them ruin our lives in our memories even after they have left. If we aren’t strong enough, our soul will avenge us. We will keep decaying form within. But, we should realise that there are no beginnings without endings. Therefore an ending is  just the beginning of a new life.

Delusion

Her dreams were that of a Devil Angel, in the Paradise. She tossed and turned on the bed desperately and gasped for breath at the same. Little, did she realize that the Devil was going to plunge the knife right into her soul. Her daemon was waiting in the dark abyss of her soul claustrophobic and thirsty. The knife came in and ripped off the muscles of her heart. Her daemon screamed from inside.  A scream that was shrill and fearful. It could have chilled the bones of the bravest men in this universe but she was fearless, her eyes glowing red and her mouth was uttering an inaudible growl. She had resilience and also had the strength to go against all odds but her eyes fooled her. The hallucinations were that of Devil fighting against the beast she had inside, but in reality, the devil and the beast were mere mates waiting to triumph over her soul and turn her angels in and bleed her to death. In the cold winter night, yet another soul died unnoticed, from the bustling life of the c
